As a disabled and neurodivergent person in TV, working with Jules is always a valuable experience on both a personal and business level. It is easy to see why her access and inclusion work has won significant awards: she approaches projects holistically and with the ethos of 'access for all', which has led to simple, budget-friendly solutions that improve the working environment for everyone on a production as well as individuals with different needs as appropriate. She leads with empathy without losing sight of the need to balance the logistics and budget of a production, and is a champion of nurturing disabled, deaf, and neurodivergent talent throughout different career stages. I'm proud to have worked with Jules and heartily recommend her to anyone seeking access and inclusion consultancy on their production or for their production company.
