"Growing up alongside my brother, who is learning disabled and autistic, taught me empathy, adaptability, and the ability to communicate across differences. Those skills now underpin my consultancy approach: helping productions embed inclusion, streamline processes, and build collaborative environments where every voice is valued. These experiences shaped not only who I am, but how I work: inclusion isn’t an add-on. It’s a performance driver".
